From the comfort of your keyboard.

I wrote this e-book, a few years ago, to accompany the videos on cookingtipstv.com thinking that a computer will one day be part of the kitchen. I imagined people clicking on the video links to follow while preparing recipes. Now, with all of our portable devices, that day has truly come.

Join me in experiencing classic international cooking, cultures, products and the people who are passionate about their regional recipes and food. This enhanced e-book is filled with great recipes with tips and cooking video links along with photos taken while I was on a solo international culinary adventure.
Start in New Zealand and travel to Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bali, Thailand and Europe. You’ll learn great tips and recipes from some of the best Culinary Professionals and Food Ambassadors from around the world who will teach you, in an easy to understand English speaking format, how to cook their regional cuisine with products that are readily available worldwide.

Watch the videos and learn first hand how to prepare some of the best recipes that will take you on a culinary travel adventure. Learn how to prepare mussels, seafood and lamb from New Zealand. Classic Australian breads, desserts, tarts, fowl and more from renown chefs and cooking schools. You’ll learn how to make Dim Sum and Traditional Hong Kong recipes; Clay Pot cooking and Malay recipes and spices from Singapore plus Chinese Medicinal tips. Then go to Bali for Balinese fruit carving, satay and rice dishes. Next are Thai Classics from the best cooking school in Bangkok. Hop over to the U.K. for Shepard’s Pie, soups, edible garden tips and British classic recipes. From Italy, you’ll learn and watch how to prepare the best Risotto, Polenta, sauces, desserts and much much more.

All the recipes are classics that have withstood the test of time and popular with home chefs.

Cooking Tips From Around the Word, a Culinary Travel Adventure is in pdf format, will work on all devices, and available for $6.95.

I hope you enjoy and learn about the unique people, products and cuisines from around the world.

    About

    Cookingtipstv

I recently returned to Rochester, NY, after living in food and wine locations and traveling solo around the world filming cooking schools. Those videos can be viewed on Cookingtipstv.com with a companion e-book documenting my trip with the recipes accompanying the videos.

I left the Sonoma Valley after the fires devastated the area which will take years to recover. I decided the time had come to go back to my roots and explore the local food and wine producers here.

I’ve had friends send me Rochester food specialties and realized I missed those old flavors. The food and wine scene has exploded in Western New York and it will be fun to revisit old tastes and explore new.

I will be posting my findings and welcome you to join me along the way.
